To check the status of your order, simply log into your account, go to the Orders tab, and click the link corresponding to your order number. If you can't find your package, be sure to check around your home and mailbox. Sometimes, packages are marked as “delivered” before they are actually dropped off. If your package does not turn up within 72 hours, please contact our Customer Experience team via live chat or by email at wholesale@oakessentials.com.

As an authorized retailer, you are welcome to offer whatever return policy is suitable for your business. Customers must make returns to the business where their original purchase originated. Oak Essentials does not reimburse authorized retailers for customer returns under any circumstances.

Opening orders are required to be a minimum subtotal of $1,000. This ensures you have enough product to be a true reflection of the brand in your business.

All orders following the opening order are required to be a minimum subtotal of $250.

We offer a tiered discount based on the amount of product you order. The tiered discount applies to quantities ordered by product, not total order. We currently have a maximum order quantity per product of 24 units. Should you wish to place an order for more than 24 units of any product, please email wholesale@oakessentials.com for assistance. Tiered discounts are below:
1-6 units – 40% off
7-12 units – 45% off
13-24 units – 50% off

Shipping is calculated based on the size and weight of your order. Shipping is calculated at checkout and will be displayed for your review prior to completing your order.

All orders will ship via FedEx Ground Economy unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout. We currently offer Fedex 2-day Express or Standard Overnight shipping options. Please note, overnight orders will only ship same day if they are received by 1pm PT.

Orders are shipped within 48 business hours of receipt. Orders that are placed on weekends and holidays are processed within 48 hours of the following business day. Orders generally will arrive within 5-10 business days after processing.

Wholesale partners who present a valid resale certificate to be kept on file will be considered tax exempt and not be charged sales tax. Please work with customer service during your onboarding to present documentation.

We require all retail partners to comply with our MSRP (manufacturer suggested retail pricing). Should a price change occur, you will be updated via email.

Products can only be made available for sale online with prior written authorization from Oak Essentials, which will be given at our sole discretion. Please refer to our Terms of Service for our complete policy.

Retail partners are prohibited from selling Oak Essentials products on any 3rd party websites and marketplaces including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, etc. Please refer to our Terms of Service for our complete policy.

You are welcome to offer testers of any product of your choosing as is suitable for your business but we do not provide any tester stock.

Packette samples are available for purchase in 25 unit increments on the wholesale portal. Packette samples are not intended for resale.

Our products are never, and will never be, tested on animals.

All of our products are vegan, with the exception of Moisture Rich Balm, Moisture Rich Body Balm, Cleansing Balm, Conditioning Lip Balm, and Restorative Mask. These products contain sustainably and ethically sourced honey and/or beeswax.

Our products are formulated without gluten.

We use a thoughtfully crafted blend of natural and high-end synthetic fragrances. High-end synthetic fragrances can often be a gentler choice for those with sensitivities, allowing more people to enjoy our products.

Essential oils used in our formulas, such as lavender and orange peel, contain naturally occurring allergens. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list before use to identify any potential concerns and performing a patch test behind the ear if needed. If you have any specific concerns, please consult with your physician prior to use.

Our products are manufactured and filled in the United States.

Our products, when stored properly, expire 6 months after opening. Please store products in a cool, dry place and discontinue use after this period of time.

We use glass, which is infinitely recyclable, wherever possible. For other packaging, we use plastic that can be recycled through most curbside pick-up programs. For specific recycling instructions related to each product, please refer to that product’s detail page.

While our products are considered clean, we recommend consulting your physician before incorporating any Oak Essentials products into your routine during pregnancy.

Oak Essentials products are designed to work as a skincare system. The first step in the routine is the Cleansing Balm, which works to remove makeup and impurities. Next, we suggest a few sprays of the Balancing Face Mist to hydrate the skin, followed by a few drops of the Ritual Oil. Lastly, seal it all in with the Moisture Rich Balm. We recommend using the Restorative Face Mask a few times a week following the Cleansing Balm.

We suggest layering serums after the Balancing Face Mist and before the Ritual Oil and Moisture Rich Balm.

The blue tansy in the Ritual Oil is naturally blue-to-green in appearance. Since blue tansy is a natural essential oil, it can be prone to color change. This is a naturally-occurring process that may take place, but does not affect the safety or efficacy of the product. For best results, please avoid exposing the Ritual Oil to light and elevated temperatures.

If the texture of your Moisture Rich Balm isn't what you expected, don't worry! Due to the nature of our formulas and the fact that all of our ingredients are natural, slight variations in textures or consistencies are totally normal. These usually occur due to temperature changes in transit and will not affect the efficacy or quality of your Moisture Rich Balm. If your Moisture Rich Balm is softer than you'd like, simply place the jar in your refrigerator overnight and it will solidify to a firmer consistency. In the morning, let it come up to room temperature and apply as usual! If you live in a hotter climate, we recommend storing your Moisture Rich Balm in a cooler part of the house or away from direct sunlight to keep solid.
